Cleaning tires

Hey guys,
I went in a little bit of mud with my Car and let it sit on the tires for like 3 days because i was camping. its hard to get the brown stain off of the tires. is there a more efficient way of doing this other than pressure washing because that didnt take it all off. i want them to look brand new again.
