Porsche Panamera

Well, I still have mixed feelings about this one. Looks like a really nice car, but I'm so used to seeing Porsche sports cars that a saloon just looks strange to me, lol...Still, I guess that's what we all said when the Cayenne was unveiled. I think the rear end looks a bit like the 944! Again, appologies if they pics are too large guys!

I thought I heard rumors about Porsche scrapping this due to lack of funds, but guess that was wrong.

Not sure how I feel about this because of the front engine set-up and awkward styling, but it's something new, let's see how it goes for them.

Seems like Porsche is trying to get into the market currently dominated by BMW, Merc, and Audi. I don't like it.

Just last week, Porsche teased us with a partial front side view of the Panamera and already German based Porsche tuner 9ff is busy preparing a program. Naturally, 9ff has had many spy photos to reference for their preliminary designs, but the final Panamera design details are still a mystery. So its no surprise that 9ff have only added minor alterations to the somewhat blank Panamera canvas with the addition of signature 9ff wheels and a rear bumper diffuser with integrated trapezoidal dual exhaust pipes.

For a car this size/weight, it's seriously impressive in Turbo form:

0-62mph: 3.8sec.
0-402m (quarter mile): 12sec.
62-0mph: 33.7m (110ft)
