So I'm Trying To Fix The A/c On '99 Firebird But I Can't Find The A/c Low
Side Port. Can Anyone Help Me Out??

The low pressure charging port will be on the larger tube, usually near or
on the accumulator. Follow the lines coming out of the compressor. One line
will go to the condenser (in front of the radiator)[the high side] and the
other line will go toward the evaporator (through the firewall) [this is
the low side].
