For full features; Go to stalling caused by fuel filter?
i have a 93 nissan altima. i bought about a year ago and for the last six
months it has had a stalling problem. every time i change the fuel filter
it will run fine for about 800 miles and then check engine light comes on
and it starts stalling. i have changed the filter about 5 times and it
seems to straighten out the problem only for a little bit. i know you are
suppose to change it every 30k not every 1000 so what else is causing this
problem?
thanks

the code triggering the check engine light might point you in the right
direction.

The code may help. It could be the strainer that is inside the gas tank.
