Hey guys I just got a new car and I was interested in tuning it, I was
wondering if anyone knew any good places to find out more information on
how to tune cars and stuff like that (I really know nothing about how a car
works besides how to drive) so anything that you guys can help me with
would be real great! Another question I had was if neon under lights are
illegal in Utah, US. Thanks for all the help guys.

Do a search on your local/state government website .... you'll probably
find a traffic act, or something similar.

when you say "tuning it". do u mean by tune up or upgrading the car?. heres
another question. what is your cars make and model by the way? that can
help also.

yes they are illegal in Utah. but they have no problem with them inside the
car.except when they are blue or red
