1994 Toyota Corolla, 1.6 liter, auto.trans.,110,000 miles. Car died while
driving down the road. Turns over like normal, but does not start.
Electrical seems OK (radio, lights etc. work). Any help is appreciated.

Just a wild guess, I would say fuel pump. See if you have pressure at the
fuel rail. Also, when you turn the key to the on position, not the start
position, you should hear the fuel pump run for a second or two.
