I forgot to replace oil cap, plug holes filled up. Cleaned holes, the car
sputtered and idled rough. Replaced plugs and wires, car misses during
acceleration, and idles roughly, dropping to nothing, even stalled itself 3
times. I'm thinking maybe a faulty coil? Here are some pics.
Sorry, don't know how to put a pic in this thing!
Look at the one on the left. It is corroded, and mishapen.
Do you think that that is the problem?

Any chance you allowed oil into the cylinders when you removed the old
plugs? That in itself is no biggy, but there may have been enough to burn
and gum the shiney new plugs. Take a couple out and see if they need a bit
of a clean with a bronze brush.
Otherwise make sure the leads are properly snugged into there correct
sockets/standoffs on the coil, dizzy, coil packs, whatever (sometimes
compressed air trapped under the plug boot can push the plug out). Also
check the caps on the sparkplugs are tight. If it's a dizzy, pull the cap
and check the electrodes are scraped clean of silver oxide deposits.
Did you buy the correct gap plugs?
