i got a 2002 Saturn SC2, the vechical thinks the trunks open... so now my
keyless doesnt work nor does my power door locks, or interiour lights...
anyone run into this issue or know what i need to do

Other than learning how to spell,..... you could check the sensor. Check
the fuses.

no need to be a dick, it was an honest mistake..
but I have check the connections and they all seem fine, ill check the
fuses, see if there somethings listed for trunk

Not being a dick. For such a short paragraph, plus the title, and three
mispelled words..... Well I had my doubts. Good luck with your fix. BTW,
all the fuses could be checked with a cheap tester in just a minute or two,
and no need to pull them.

I'd check the catch inside the trunk and make sure it's catching. You said
the vehicle thinks the trunk is open...do you mean the trunk light is lit
on the console?
