I have a 1995 Chevy Corsica and the dome light doesn't work. I have checked
the fuses and they are all look good and the light bulb looks good too. I
can't figure out why it is not working. Does anyone know what the problem
could be?

what ur gonna have to do is get down and dirty and trace some wires.

when you say they look good, do they just look good or did you test them,
as in put a meter across them and test for continuity? some times looks can
be deceiving, especially with electronics.

I tested the fuse, prongs for the light, and bulb with a volt meter and
they all tested positive.

I am assuming the dome light is supposed to come on when the door is
open.
does the door chime if you leave the keys in the ignition or the headlights
on?
is there an override switch that turns the light off?
is there voltage at the fuse
Basically you have to start somewhere and see if you have power. If not, go
upstream, if yes go downstream. A wiring diagram is extremely helpful.
