We have an '04 Honda CRV and the AC just went out, sounded like a fan
hitting a plastic shroud then nothing. I've read some other blogs about it
and it seems to be a common problem. Is there any other compressor besides
the HS-110R that will work on this car? And how much should I replace? I
know it's a good idea to do the receiver/dryer but I've heard some people
replace the whole unit? I just don't have $1800 to hand over to the dealer
and I live in Phoenix!!!
