Hello,
This is my 2nd time on the forum, I joined yesterday. I am trying to
findout
if my 1991 Q45 w/active suspension has a transmission relay. The vehicle
is
locked in a high gear and it tries to shift but will not.The antilock brake
light is
on and if I shut the engine off the transmission shift lever locks up. The
only
way I can release it is by pushing the lever release button next to the
shift
lever. I was told that it might be a relay that is causing the problem. If
anyone out there might know about if it has relays and where they are
located on the vehicle, I would appreciate your help. Thank you for your
cooperation. I have tried several transmission shops but they do not seem
to
know why or what is causing the problem. Hope someone out there can
help.
