I am 17 and I am having problems with the transmision on my 1979 Porsche
928. When i start the car in neutral or any other gear, it works fine. But
when I still am not moving yet and try to shift into ANY gear including
reverse, I get a grinding noise. My clutch pedal is in all the way. What
would be causing this. If i push the stick really fast into the gear it
shifts, but if i do it at a normal speed, I hear a grinding and I
immediatly stop the shift. After I start moving on the road (actually
driving) it shifts fine. Does anybody have any insight or where I can get
any. Also, where can I get a diagram of the transmission?? Thanks...
