Where's the ignition control module #4 located? I've checked the coil pack
& spark plug on #4 & they both are getting fire. It gives me error code
P1315. Any ideas?

read the Haynes manual and find out. This is why I am telling you get a
manual first.
Most cars have one ignition module, and one of three set-ups
1. An ignition coil and a mechanical distributor
2. A DIS module and multiple ignition coils (waste spark distribution)
3. Coil on plug assembly and Ignition control module.
P1315 is a Toyota specific code for = Igniter Circuit Fault (Bank #4)
My suggestion is to verify which ignition system configuration your 2002
Celica has then begin trouble shooting.
Depending on the engine Toyota used the DIS system and the coil on plug
system. The coil on plug has the coil connected to the spark plug and is
normally accessed by removing the dust cover then removing a couple of
fasteners and the primary side wiring
The DIS system has ignition coil packs mounted in any convenient location
in the engine compartment
Each system has specific trouble shooting procedures - need to know more
before we can help.
