Does anyone know of a site to obtain a list of emissions in car exhast for
a gasoline engine. We make a device to measure methane in low (ppm)
concentrations and need to determine if car exhaust will interfere with the
measurement.

If the engine is running properly, I don't think there should be any
methane at all. Of course there is no such thing as an ideal engine, but I
think the biggest problem would be if the engine isn't running correctly,
and then I can't imagine there is any precise documentation of a poorly
running engine?
