I've Got a Honda XR:200 that I've had for a few years. My father had the
brilliant idea of puting heat wrap on the header so that I wouldn't burn
myself. Well my brother left the bike outside in terrible weather
conditions while I was away at college and the heat wrap basically
distroyed my header (it rusted apart). I've got no idea where to look for
a new one except the honda store and I was wondering if I would be better
off just geting an aftermarket one and if anyone knew of anywhere to do so.

Why not just purchase a used pipe? If it sat outside long enough to rust
through, the bike gets little use so installing a new factory or
aftermarket pipe would be pretty much a waste of money.

You should be able to find a stainless steel header back system...DON'T
WRAP IT AGAIN...if you wear proper riding attire i.e.-boots, jeans/riding
pants you won't have a problem with burning yourself.
