I just bought a 2004 chevy malibu used. I was wondering if anyone could
tell me how to unlock the radio code. I held the 2&3 buttons down but loc
still shows and it won't give me the first 3 digits. Any
suggestions?:banghead:

Call the dealer...provide proof of ownership...get code?

I've heard they'll put the code in the glove box somewhere, and I've also
heard about it being on top of the deck(you have to remove the radio). More
than likely your best bet is call the dealer it came from.

Either way you will most likely need to have the serial number from the
radio anyway so be prepared to pull that out.
